Job Description

The position is responsible for performing disbursement via Kyriba, creditor reporting, fixed assets maintenance under the Accounts Payable functions, in accordance with accounting principles and standards to ensure compliance with all relevant regulation, law and reporting requirements of the group. This position will also be assisting monthly closing using Infor SUN accounting system and ONESTREAM reporting module and project implementation. This will be a contract for 06 months and successful candidate will be placed under contract with our dedicated recruitment agency.

Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable

  • Process payments to supplier and prepare payment vouchers on timely basis for multiple legal entities through system payment run via Infor SUN
  • Ensure accurate payment generation in Kyriba
  • Prepare journal entries for payments where necessary
  • Communicate and propose payment offset with hotels
  • Involve in the preparation of quarterly Australia VAT return
  • Assist to answer bank’s queries & provide supporting related to payments
  • Maintain creditor aging report
  • Support vouching of pre-trip request against flight invoice

2. General Ledger

  • Balance Sheet reconciliations for chart of accounts in-charge
  • Maintain schedule and entries for IFRS 15 & IFRS 16
  • Fixed Assets maintenance and process for addition / disposal / depreciation / laptop inventory.

3. Month End Closing & Interco

  • Assist in uploading of appendices in ONESTREAM
  • Provide miscellaneous interco recharge instruction to shared services center for billing

4. Support Project

  • Support on going project mainly on testing
  • Perform ad-hoc data reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in SUN, ONESTREAM accounting systems added advantage
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and standards in Singapore
