The Role:

As a Relationship Manager you will report to the Director of Business Development (International Markets) based in Singapore. This role focuses on driving growth by promoting our technical expert witness services to law firms in the construction and engineering sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients through channels such as meetings, events, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to expand our presence in Singapore’s legal market.
  • Deliver engaging pitches and service presentations, addressing client questions effectively.
  • Support existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Track and report sales activities, revenue, and potential business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, or marketing in the legal sector
  • Experience in the construction, engineering, energy, international arbitration, or disputes sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer service.
  • Singaporean nationality with a strong understanding of the local market is essential.
