Exhibition Sales Director
Our client, one of Singapore’s largest hospitality companies, is seeking a strategic Exhibition Sales Director. This role will drive the growth and execution of exhibition and conference portfolios through innovative business development strategies. You will lead a dynamic team, manage key industry relationships, and ensure the portfolio meets commercial, operational, and content goals.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation through comprehensive sales strategies and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's client base.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify new event opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
- Take full ownership of the portfolio's P&L, ensuring budgeted gross and net profit targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure each project delivers value to stakeholders, remains on schedule, and achieves profitability targets.
- Manage and mentor a multinational team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 9 to 13 years of experience in an event/exhibition management role. With Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and business plan writing skills.
- Strong financial acumen, particularly in managing P&L and assets.
- A strong desire to out-perform expectations and sales targets as a team.
