Our client is looking for a role to support the assembly and packaging of RF MMIC devices. This role requires hands-on expertise in microelectronics processes, as well as a proactive approach to process optimization and troubleshooting.

Position: Assembly Assistant Engineer

Location: North Region

Working Hour: Office Hours (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain die attach, wire bonding, and epoxy dispensing equipment.
  • Execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to improve assembly processes.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to new product designs and manufacturability.
  • Perform precision IC assembly with strict adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ITE in Electronics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in microelectronics assembly.
  • Proficiency in wire bonding (KnS) and die attach preferred.
  • Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with RF/Microwave assemblies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and 3D CAD tools is an advantage.
