Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate entries of attendance records, leave management, medical reimbursement, etc.
  • Registering and updating staff biodata in payroll system.
  • Adherence to document retentionand ensure all documents such as leave form, OT form, etc. are well documented.
  • Managing employees’ enquiries especially on foreign worker issues, insurance, administration initiatives within timely manner.
  • Perform job advertising and screening of candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedule with hiring manager.
  • Prepare offer letter, Letter of Appointment and brief new hire on the employment terms and HR policy.
  • Conduct and coordinate proper on boarding program for new hire.
  • Ensure Personal File for all staff including new hire and confirmed staff is complete with necessary documents.
  • Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances by advising, counselling or take disciplinary action in accordance with company policies and regulation.
  • Support other general administrative tasks for employee welfare / HR Operations including liaise with local authorities for statutory regulations and labour related matters.
  • Yearly renew and prompt management on foreign worker permit/pass.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum educational level of diploma and above
  • Related human resources work or study related experience will be preferred
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Attention to details, possess good planning, organization and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, independent, meticulous & discipline
