Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the daily operations of HR and Admin functions.
- Responsible in managing job applications, scheduling for interviews, leave management etc.
- To support in development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes, programs, and projects.
- Work with the cross department leaders and provide support and coaching to deliver actions that will drive people and organization performance to support delivery of organizational growth and business objectives.
- Work closely with local government agencies to attract local talents.
- Responsible for work passes application/ renewal/ cancellation/ appeals.
- Support training and other governmental grants as well as coordinate all training courses and programs for staff.
- Maintain and update Company's rules & regulations and 5S best practices.
- To drive and maintaining Company culture, team spirit.
- To drive employee’s engagement activities of Company event and teambuilding activities.
- Taking charge of stationery and pantry supplies.
- Upkeep and improve office working environment.
- Manage corporate gifting.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Hands-on, organized, self-driven and detailed oriented.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
- Able to work long hours and work under tight timelines.
- Posses entrepreneur spirit.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills and presentation skills.
