- To be responsible for daily transport activities of Lorries.
- To ensure all delivery activities are completed within schedule.
- To schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress and tracking schedules, communicate changes on job status.
- To liaise with other departments for all shipment execution.
- To assign work tasks to the drivers/operators in the Operation Department.
- To handle customers’ complaints, drivers’ and operators’ feedback and problems.
- To control and monitor every driver/operator closely by checking/tracking on their movements effectively.
- Ensure that all records in the Operation Department are updated and accurate.
- Coordinate and interface with internal and external customers on delivery/collection activities.
- Any other tasks as assigned
- Good communication skills and must be Bilingual.
- Has excellent attendance and positive attitude to the job.
- Responsible & diligent.
- Able to commit to overtime when necessary
- Work in Jurong Port
- 5 days working week
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
