Client Acquistion Manager (Offshore - Taiwan/North-Asia Market)

Responsibilities:
- The role is primarily responsible for the proactive acquisition of new-to-bank Sign Ups, focusing on sourcing individual customers with high potential for HNW Sign-Ups.
- In addition, the candidate will be expected to promote a range of retail and priority products, including unsecured cards and insurance, to targeted customer segments.
- The position requires building and nurturing relationships with both internal stakeholders within Client Acquisition (CA) and external partners such as property agents, brokers, and other sales agents to drive referrals for HNW Clients.
- The role involves engaging with affluent and mass-market clients to manage their HNW Sign-up requests, leveraging marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee banking events, networking functions, and roadshows.
- Flexibility to work during off-office hours and weekends for such events is required.
- The role also demands staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings, regularly conducting market analysis, and implementing follow-up actions to strengthen product differentiation in response to external competition.
Requirements:
- Relevant sales/acquisition experience in banking sales with a proven sales track record is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to engage customer of all levels with assertiveness.
- Able to articulate and hold a professional corporate presentation to key stakeholders.
- Team player with initiative and assertiveness.
- Diploma / Degree holder
- 4 years of working experience in banking
