  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What The Role Is

You coordinate end-to-end executive processes with Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) entities, DSTA, and contractors to achieve prompt and effective support for building and infrastructure (BI) maintenance.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Provide administrative support for clearing maintenance contractors into DIS facilities
  • Conduct ground verification and testing of completed BI works
  • Assist in deconflicting maintenance schedules and activities
  • Ensure readiness of facilities
  • Oversee maintenance of various types of buildings and critical BI supporting systems


Challenge(s)

  • Managing multiple stakeholders with diverse concerns and specialisations
  • Adapting detailed work schedules to meet changing ground requirements


What We Are Looking For
  • Education in Engineering or BI related field
  • At least 5 years of work experience in facility maintenance and management
  • Technical knowledge of BI systems, their operations, and maintenance requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Resourceful
