What The Role Is

You lead a team overseeing career management functions for all regular personnel serving within the Group, and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)-track Military Experts.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR functions such as Career management workflows, management of courses, succession planning, performance management
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head Manpower or Group Commander
  • Improve relevant Human Resource (HR) systems and processes through HR-related projects


Challenge(s)

  • Maintaining current knowledge of MINDEF/SAF ranking system, Course Management System, Expertise Development Framework, and other related HR management systems and policies
  • Multi-tasking and managing various HR-related projects


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in HR or Business Administration is preferred
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in HR
  • Conversant and familiar with HR Systems and Processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient planning and management skills
