You lead a team overseeing career management functions for all regular personnel serving within the Group, and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)-track Military Experts.
What You Will Be Working On
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR functions such as Career management workflows, management of courses, succession planning, performance management
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head Manpower or Group Commander
- Improve relevant Human Resource (HR) systems and processes through HR-related projects
- Maintaining current knowledge of MINDEF/SAF ranking system, Course Management System, Expertise Development Framework, and other related HR management systems and policies
- Multi-tasking and managing various HR-related projects
- Education in HR or Business Administration is preferred
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in HR
- Conversant and familiar with HR Systems and Processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient planning and management skills
