Position: Technical Program & Sales Manager
Location: North Region
Working Hour: Office Hours (Monday – Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement technical sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet business goals.
Program Management
- Oversee project planning, execution, and resource allocation.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal teams.
Customer Relations
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales & program management.
- Strong technical background and understanding of complex products.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing technical projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
