Our client is looking for a role to to lead technical sales, customer engagement, and program execution. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and business acumen to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Position: Technical Program & Sales Manager

Location: North Region

Working Hour: Office Hours (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement technical sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet business goals.

Program Management

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal teams.

Customer Relations

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales & program management.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of complex products.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing technical projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
