  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What The Role Is

You oversee the provision of camp services such as feeding services and estate management within Supply Bases.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with contract requirements and financial procedures
  • Supervise the work and welfare of Full-Time National Servicemen (NSFs) in the Camp Operations Platoon
  • Manage camp operations and infrastructure works


Challenge(s)
  • Managing fast-paced real-time camp operations requiring quick thinking and problem-solving
  • Maintaining high service standards while prioritising demands from multiple stakeholders
  • Balancing limited resources for infrastructure works without compromising safety


What We Are Looking For
  • Education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Building Engineering, Facilities Management or Food Science
  • At least 2 years of experience in institutional-like contract management, logistics, facilities, or Food and Beverage (F&B) management roles
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising demands
  • Knowledge of safety standards in infrastructure management
