Job Description:

  • Record and manage financial transactions, including taxes, sales, profits, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct project cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Work closely with project managers to assess financial performance, and manage project budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
  • Coordinate and support external and internal audits, ensuring all documentation is in order.
  • Monitor and improve financial controls, procedures, and reporting processes.
  • Provide financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to management.
  • Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and other financial obligations.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or ISCA are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, auditing principles, and tax laws.
  • Experience in project accounting and cost tracking is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
