RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with audit preparation and provide support for both Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
  • Validate expense reporting for accuracy and compliance
  • Help with various forms and processes (e.g. bank forms, giro forms, board resolutions), along with ongoing administrative tasks for Asia offices
  • Check invoices and prepare payments
  • Download e-invoices, scan physical copies and ensure the proper organisation and storage of files
  • Accurately input and maintain financial records and business documents.
  • Track cash liquidation for both offices.
  • Assist with preparing monthly management accounts for both offices
  • Provide backup administrative support such as scheduling travel and appointments when the office manager is not around
  • Assist with other tasks as required.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, with a focus on accounts and business administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
  • Effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
