RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with audit preparation and provide support for both Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
- Validate expense reporting for accuracy and compliance
- Help with various forms and processes (e.g. bank forms, giro forms, board resolutions), along with ongoing administrative tasks for Asia offices
- Check invoices and prepare payments
- Download e-invoices, scan physical copies and ensure the proper organisation and storage of files
- Accurately input and maintain financial records and business documents.
- Track cash liquidation for both offices.
- Assist with preparing monthly management accounts for both offices
- Provide backup administrative support such as scheduling travel and appointments when the office manager is not around
- Assist with other tasks as required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, with a focus on accounts and business administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
- Effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
