Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fiori/UI5 Development Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of custom Fiori/UI5 applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure that SAP Fiori applications are user-friendly, high-performing, and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and mentor the SAP Fiori/UI5 development team, ensuring adherence to SAP development standards.

Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive innovation in SAP UI technologies.

Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and SAP architects to align technical solutions with business goals.

SAP Fiori/UI5 Development:

· Design and develop custom SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.

· Implement responsive and intuitive UI solutions that enhance user experience.

· Utilize SAP Fiori Elements, Smart Controls, and OData services for application development.

· Develop custom OData services for seamless data exchange between frontend applications and SAP backend systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, etc.).

· Work with UX/UI designers to improve application usability and adoption.

Integration & Architecture:

· Design and implement SAP Gateway, REST APIs, and Web Services for backend integration.

· Ensure optimal data exchange and performance between SAP Fiori applications and SAP backend systems.

· Conduct feasibility analysis and technical documentation for Fiori/UI5 solutions.

Performance Optimization & Best Practices:

· Implement SAPUI5 performance tuning techniques, caching strategies, and best practices.

· Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

· Stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori/UI5 advancements and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 5+ years of experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development, including hands-on experience in SAPUI5 (JavaScript), HTML, CSS, and jQuery.

· Expertise in SAP Fiori Application Architecture, Smart Templates, Fragments, and Theming.

· Strong knowledge of OData services, SAP Gateway, and backend integration techniques.

· Experience in ABAP Objects, ABAP Reports, and ABAP transactions.

· Hands-on experience with SAP Web IDE, SAP Business Application Studio, and Eclipse SAP UI5 tools.

· Proven track record of leading 3 or more SAP implementation projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and modern web development frameworks.

· Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with Fiori applications.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
