  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:

  • Handle day-to-day logistics activities.
  • Work closely with Supervisor & Manager to ensure operation and practices are in compliance with workplace safety and to achieve the assigned KPI.
  • Lead process optimization and ensure efficiency in transport operations.
  • Perform simple SAP transaction (GR / PGI/ DO creation).
  • Manage warehouse inventory (cycle count) and accountability (periodic stock take).
  • Coordinate with customer care for delivery matters.
  • Responsible for a safe and clean work environment 5S.
  • Manage some of export/import shipments.
  • Preparation of invoices and shipping documents pack list process permit if required.
  • Handle emails to correspond with suppliers/customers.
  • Coordination with service providers and related internal departments regarding shipments.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks if needed.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent

- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operation, including experience in leading a warehouse team.

- Possess a valid forklift license.

- Skilled in computer application & Microsoft Offices.

- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Work well under pressure and good time management.

  • 5.5day-work week (Mondays - Fridays: 0830 to 1700; Satursday: 0830 to 1230)
