Our client is a property management company. They are located at Tanjong Pagar – Walking distance from the MRT station.

Working hours: 5 days work week - Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments while coordinating with vendors and finance.
  • Manage e-voucher reconciliation, tenant reimbursements, and contract tracking.
  • Support marketing projects, maintain documents, and assist with event/ad space rentals.
