Job Description:

  • Support the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition and retention, payroll administration, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • GCE O-Level, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of progressive HR management experience within a private education institution is highly preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of Singapore's statutory regulations and standards (e.g., CPF, IRAS, Employment Act).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HR management, workforce planning, and analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the execution of business plans.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to be operationally hands-on, possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • 6-month contractual position offering a clear pathway to permanent employment upon achieving satisfactory performance.
