1. Staff Management

  • Equipment Management: Ensure that all valet equipment is maintained and functioning properly.

4. Safety and Compliance

  • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety procedures to protect staff, customers, and vehicles.
  • Compliance: Ensure that valet operations comply with all relevant local regulations, company policies, and insurance requirements.

5. Incident Management

  • Incident Reporting: Handle any incidents involving damage to vehicles, theft, or other issues, ensuring that proper documentation and reporting are completed.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in valet operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
  • Feedback Implementation: Gather feedback from staff to continuously improve the valet service experience.

7. Technology Integration

  • System Management: Oversee the use of valet management software and ensure that it is being used effectively by staff.

REQUIREMENTS'

  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in Operations is required in this role
  2. Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications is required in this role
  3. Minimum 5 years of Class 3 drivers' licence
  4. Excellent leadership and decision making skills
  5. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Detailed-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality
  8. Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast paced work environment
  9. Performs other job related functions as and when required by Operations Manager
  10. Able to work on PH and Weekend
  11. Able to work staggered hours
  12. Require to attend to accident/incident case) when needed during off day or at night.
