Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Singapore healthcare market. You will be responsible for selling T-System’s innovative healthcare solutions to hospitals, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and government agencies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CMOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads).
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions using T-System’s products.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitor offerings.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of healthcare clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams (presales, marketing, and customer success) to ensure seamless solution deployment.
- Represent T-System at healthcare conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Drive marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team to generate leads and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field.
- 5 years in healthcare sales, preferably selling healthcare IT, EMR, cloud solutions, or digital health platforms
- Strong understanding of the Singapore healthcare landscape, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to engage C-level executives, IT directors, and clinical leaders.
- Comfortable with healthcare IT solutions, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based systems.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
