What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the sourcing and enrolment of trainees for courses conducted by external training providers:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to roll out training plan in accordance with SOP:
- Course procurement
- Course enrolment and support
- Training administration
- Processing of invoices for course fee payment to training providers
- Raise intercompany billing to SP Group’s entities at the end of month
- Generate quarterly accrual report
- Generate monthly revenue and expenses report
- Provide regular updates on training places, revenue and expenditure, and accrual.
- Create multimedia files for training and marketing.
- SIPG event Photographer and Videographer
- Support the conversion of existing training materials into blended learning.
- Organise or support the planning of programmes/courses/events such as workshops, conferences and webinars
- Ensure that the issuance of contracts for course developers and associate trainers are in order:
- Provide administrative support in the following areas:
- Ensure necessary documentations according to SOP are in order before issuance of contracts
- Processing of invoices for development fee payment to course developers
- Support the operation and usage of training systems such as training simulator.
What You’ll Need:
- Degree in any discipline from any of the recognised universities in Singapore or overseas
- Prior experiences in related work will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Good written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Ability to work independently
