  • Establish the Project Budget and Project Schedule which includes but not limited to analyzing budgets and estimation of project costs.
  • Identify the Employer’s need and develop the Project Brief.
  • Advise Management on selection and appointment of the project team.
  • Lead the project team.
  • Effective implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by the company within schedule, cost and quality.
  • Effective management of each phase of the project from design to implementation to completion
  • Manage project financial management and reporting on the progress of the projects to the management.
  • Attend Project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Prepare reports on progress of construction and report on a regular basis to management.
  • Manage design delivery, construction programmes/schedules and construction critical path networks.
  • Review proposed designs to identify if they remain consistent with the project brief.
  • Advise on procurement strategy, tender evaluation and contractor selection.
  • Control, monitor and report on project progress.
  • Oversee work on site strictly meeting targets.
  • Perform standards of workmanship that meet the project requirements that are consistent with the industry best practices

Requirement

  • Degree/ Diploma in property/ project management with building/construction related project experience.
  • Experience in handling high value renovation, interiors and projects
  • Good leadership and communication skills with acumen for risk management.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Resilient, pro-active and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritise and organize activities in real-time.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
