- Identify the Employer’s need and develop the Project Brief.
- Advise Management on selection and appointment of the project team.
- Lead the project team.

- Effective management of each phase of the project from design to implementation to completion
- Manage project financial management and reporting on the progress of the projects to the management.
- Attend Project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

- Manage design delivery, construction programmes/schedules and construction critical path networks.
- Review proposed designs to identify if they remain consistent with the project brief.
- Advise on procurement strategy, tender evaluation and contractor selection.
- Control, monitor and report on project progress.
- Oversee work on site strictly meeting targets.
- Perform standards of workmanship that meet the project requirements that are consistent with the industry best practices
Requirement
- Degree/ Diploma in property/ project management with building/construction related project experience.
- Experience in handling high value renovation, interiors and projects
- Good leadership and communication skills with acumen for risk management.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Resilient, pro-active and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritise and organize activities in real-time.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
