RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud applications to support and enhance our sales operations and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to understand requirements and design Salesforce solutions.
  • Utilize Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to create robust, scalable applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Design, build, and manage Salesforce automation, including workflow rules, process builders, and validation rules.
  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce Sales Cloud and develop solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct data modeling, configure reports, and provide insights through dashboards for sales teams.
  • Implement Salesforce best practices, troubleshooting, and code optimization to improve system efficiency.
  • Provide support for user training, create technical documentation, and manage ongoing system maintenance and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (SFA certification) is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Salesforce programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript).
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning framework (Aura and Lightning Web Components).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities and its customization options.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools (such as MuleSoft, Informatica) and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in Salesforce development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Required Skills

  • Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer or Administrator.
  • Experience in developing and deploying applications within a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Knowledge of other Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
