Role summary

This role will report directly to the Head of Trading & Portfolio Monitoring.

Key duties and responsibilities

The TPM Manager will be involved in the following activities:

  • Conduct daily pre and post trade monitoring of compliance with investment guidelines
  • Investigate, notify, log and track breaches to ensure timely rectification
  • Provide periodic client portfolio compliance report
  • Conduct coding and testing of investment guidelines
  • Prepare and maintain investment guidelines documentation
  • Work closely with portfolio managers / product development / client management services on investment guidelines related matters
  • Participate in ad-hoc team projects to enhance existing processes and achieve greater effectiveness, where applicable.

Education Qualification

  • Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

Technical Competency

  • Meticulous, rigorous and analytical
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timeline
  • Experience in coding investment guidelines
  • Good understanding of financial instruments
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment (Code on CIS, CPFIS, SC, UCITS,)
