This role leads all technology initiatives to drive digital transformation in the commercial and marketing domains across the APAC region. The focus is on partnering with cross-functional leaders in commercial, marketing, and business units to implement and enhance marketing and commercial technologies that enable business success.

- Act as a technology business partner for regional teams in marketing, commercial, sales, and e-commerce.
- Define the vision and roadmap for marketing and commercial technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the implementation of marketing and e-commerce technologies via the regional Center of Excellence (COE).
- Oversee the adoption of a wide range of technologies for marketing (e.g., campaign website management, CDP, DAM, Ad-tech tools, and e-commerce platforms) and commercial functions.
- Collaborate with business units and market-based Digital IT teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions.
- Lead a team comprising three direct reports and approximately 20 indirect team members across business units.
- Foster collaboration and innovation within geographically distributed teams.
- Manage technology budgets and align service charges with cross-functional teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external technology partners and vendors.
- At least 12+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably with multinational organizations recognized for leveraging technology in business transformations.
- In depth understanding of FMCG business models, particularly in marketing and commercial functions.
- Expertise in implementing marketing technology solutions such as CDP, CMS, DAM, and commercial technologies like B2B e-commerce and sales force automation.
- Strong strategic thinker who is also a hands-on technologist with a track record of delivering impactful programs across APAC.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with multicultural environments and prior experience working in Asia is essential.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on practical, results-driven approaches and a commitment to continuous innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors.
