Technical Service Manager
• Industry: Manufacturing / Building & Construction
• Basic Salary: Up to $5000 (Depending on experience)
• Working days & hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Location: Ubi

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Service Department, focusing on growth, profitability, and efficient operations.
• Manage service calls, scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with production teams and ensure smooth coordination.
• Lead and develop service staff to meet business goals.
• Build strong customer relationships and grow the service client base.
• Manage debt collection for service customers.
• Provide accurate technical advice and prepare quotations for repairs and installations.
• Communicate schedules and coordinate service crews for timely delivery.
• Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure workplace safety.
• Support preventative maintenance initiatives and business growth.
• Prepare and process invoices and service paperwork.
• Resolve customer, supplier, or operational disputes effectively.
• Notify Directors of incidents or issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements:
• Min. Nitec in Mechanical or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in Building & Construction OR Electrical with mechanical or technical knowledge is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the company’s products and customer service needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Prior experience in team leadership and management skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
