What The Role Is

You are responsible for managing various Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS), with a focus on the Cyber National Service (NS) Workforce.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Develop and execute deployment and training plans for NS Workforce, such as NSF and NSmen
  • Implement and administer HR initiatives and processes
  • Liaise with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) on administration of courses
  • Guide and advise NS officers on HR matters
  • Contribute to digitalising and automating HR processes

  • Responding swiftly to changing scenarios and tackling unexpected challenges flexibly
  • Working with multiple stakeholders and balancing their interests with organisational needs
  • Enhancing service delivery to provide a positive onboarding experience and career journey for the NS population


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of work experience in HR-related fields is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Comfortable with working with large datasets
