Job Summary


The Strategy and Cost Lead is responsible for driving business critical, cross-organizational, and highly visible transformation initiatives spanning across Print. The role collaborates with Print BU, category and SC executive leadership to establish the organization's short term and long-term strategic cost goals, objectives, and priorities.

Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead the PMO function with a focus on identifying, prioritizing, and executing cost-saving initiatives that affect the company’s long-range goals and financial objectives.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cost-savings strategy that balances operational efficiency with business growth priorities.

  • Leads project teams of both internal project managers and external (as needed) resources with subject matter experts of various business units.

Program Oversight and Execution:

  • Establish/maintain governance processes to track, measure, and report on the impact of cost-saving initiatives.

  • Prepares and presents regular reporting to senior management, including key performance indicators towards cost saving goals. Drives consistency in reporting and technology usage across all business units.

  • Able to analyze expenses, identify cost drivers and recommend cost savings initiatives. Oversee a portfolio of cost optimization programs across diverse business units, ensuring timely delivery of targeted savings.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and solutions.

  • Act as a central point of coordination, driving collaboration across business units, finance, supply chain, and other functional areas.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives.


Qualifications


• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience in Supply Chain, business operations, financial management, or cost optimization, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $170,000 - $230,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
