  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Marketing Database Coordinator (6-month contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Database administration and support
  • Data gathering, entry and maintenance
  • Gathering requirements and testing of database features
  • Co-ordination and liaison with relevant stakeholders
  • Marketing administration and logistical support as required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is advantageous
  • A minimum of at least 2 years of related working experience
  • Demonstrated background in marketing co-ordination and team administration support
  • Excellent analytical and organisation skills
  • Articulate in both verbal and written communications
  • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting
  • Strong time management, organisational skills and highly attentive to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
