- Ensuring equitable growth opportunities across diverse finance roles
- Balancing individual career aspirations with organisational needs
- Keeping HR practices current with evolving industry trends
- Education in Human Resource, preferably complemented by professional HR certification
- Experience in HR management is preferred
- Familiarity with industry trends is advantageous
- Analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication skills
