What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree level and above in Human Resource/ Business or related studies
  • 10 - 12 years of human resource experience, with 7 - 8 years of managing talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to commit and contribute to long-term projects or roles
  • Strong track record of reliability, consistency, and professional growth
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, strategic mindset, and hands-on implementation experience
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities and solid business acumen
