As the APAC Insights Solutions Manager, you will spearhead the Insights function for the region, collaborating closely with direct sales teams and reseller partners to deliver content that supports ambitious revenue targets. This role demands both individual project execution and the management of Insights analysts spread across various countries in the region. We are seeking a strategic, creative, and collaborative leader with deep expertise in extracting insights from first-party data. You should possess operational excellence, foster effective cross-functional collaboration, and cultivate an inclusive and innovative team culture.In this role, you will report to the Head of International Insights and actively participate in manager forums, contributing to the broader vision and strategic direction of the Insights Solutions team. Your responsibilities will also include strategic insight management, exceptional individual delivery, team leadership, and leading cross-functional efforts to build data systems that deliver impactful insights tailored to market needs.What you'll do:
  • Strategic Content Development
  • Develop clear and compelling, insights-led content for sales that drives revenue.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional sales leaders and reseller partners.
  • Design, execute, and build insights systems and programs aligned with functional pillars and objectives.
  • Translate data into actionable narratives, incorporating stakeholder input and needs.
  • Exceptional Individual Delivery and Team Leadership
  • Excel as an individual contributor while leading and managing a team.
  • Be accountable for the team's performance and the quality of content produced.
  • Balance personal deliverables with a commitment to team success and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data systems for efficient extraction of first-party insights.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Lead the insights relationship with reseller partners across the APAC region.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on content needs and effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership, to align on content priorities, objectives, and strategic direction.
What we're looking for:
  • +10 years of experience in content development for digital media platforms within advertising-based business models
  • +5 years of experience leading teams to deliver insights-driven content that meets customer needs and drives revenue, with a focus on cultivating a positive team culture
  • Proven success in strategic insights or consumer research roles at a publisher, agency, or client-side
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of insights and data analytics, with demonstrated experience in using data for storytelling; data visualization skills is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing complex initiatives independently, overseeing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery
  • An empathetic leader with strong operational discipline and a process-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
  • Proficient in SQL, with a minimum of 5 years of active utilization in relevant roles
  • A strategic thinker dedicated to advancing team performance, leveraging insights, and embracing Pinterest's vision
