- Handle staff recruitment including sourcing and interview arrangement.
- Application, renewal, and cancellation of Work Pass/LOC with MOM.
- Handling of government agencies matters such as work pass matters, levy waivers, tax clearance, surveys & claims etc.
- Manage employees’ onboarding and offboarding.
- Create and maintain employee profiles in Payroll system and Personal file.
- Staff internal and external training administration including registration and SDF Application according to Training Plan.
- Maintaining of staff leave and overtime record.
- Preparation of data for payroll administration.
- Taking care of staff welfare and recreational activities.
- Application and monitoring of WICA cases and insurance claim.
- Administration of staff benefits and rewards.
- Handling of staff grievances and other ad-hoc human resource issues.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist.
- Salary up to $3,500.
- 5 day work week.
