We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Fast Food Assistant Restaurant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate F&B individual to lead and grow with a popular fast-casual dining concept.
Location:
Islandwide, over 35 restaurant outlets in all areas of Singapore (North, East, West, Central)
Basic Salary:
$3,150 to $3,400
Working Hours:
5 days per week including weekends (9 hrs inclusive of 1hr break)
️ Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant and efficiently to achieve sales target and enforce on HDC standards
Solicit customer feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within budget
Achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlet
Conduct stock count and receiving for food & beverage, packaging and all other stocks
Provide training and coaching to staff assess performance
Involved in the various station works and the maintenance of the restaurant
Requirements:
Minimum GCE N/O Level/ITE/Shatec/Diploma holders
Preferably 2 years experience in F&B but no experience is fine
Able to perform shift work and work on weekends
