We are looking for a Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service, diagnose vehicle issues accurately, and recommend appropriate repairs for optimal customer satisfaction.

Job Objectives:
- Attend to all requests from customers for modification, repair and maintenance jobs
- Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers on necessary jobs
- Follow up with customers if necessary for additional issues
Core Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers for their vehicle servicing and repair requests
- Submit scope of work and parts required to Parts Department for quotation
- Submit and explain quotation to customers
- Conduct checks and inspection prior to receiving the vehicle
- Carry out necessary recommendation for products/services to provide care for customer’s vehicle
- Follow up closely with workshop and customer on progress sharing
- Pass out the vehicle and collect payment accordingly
- Follow up with customers if necessary for any additional issue
- Attend all trainings assigned by the management
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in a related course of study with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive field
- Equivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience are welcomed too
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
- Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly
- Flexible, friendly, helpful nature & team player
