Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and experienced camp facilitators and leaders to join our team for our upcoming camp sessions in July and August. Each camp duration spans 6 consecutive days, including Sundays, per group. Candidates have the option to facilitate one or two groups. As a camp facilitator/leader, you will oversee daily activities, ensure the safety and engagement of all participants, and create an enjoyable and enriching environment.

Camp Durations:

  • Each camp session lasts for 6 consecutive days, including Sundays.
  • Candidates can choose to facilitate one group (6 days total) or two groups (12 days total across two sessions).

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead engaging camp activities.
  • Supervise campers and ensure their safety at all times.
  • Facilitate a positive and inclusive camp environment.
  • Coordinate with other camp staff to ensure smooth operation of all camp functions.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a camp leader or facilitator.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a dynamic environment.

First Aid and CPR certifications are highly preferred.
