Job Description

We are seeking an experienced visual merchandising designer with expertise in cosmetic brands, retail displays, and large-format printing. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in developing retail display solutions, POP/POS materials, and in-store activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design window displays, retail fixtures, product display stands, and in-store activations for cosmetic brands.
  • Develop 3D renderings, technical drawings, and prototypes for production.
  • Work closely with marketing teams, clients, and production teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee large-format printing production, ensuring high-quality output and material selection.
  • Collaborate with print vendors to ensure color accuracy, material compatibility, and finishing techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, luxury retail aesthetics, new display technologies, and print innovations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising design and large-format printing within the beauty/cosmetics industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar), and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of retail branding, materials, large-format printing techniques, and production processes.
  • Knowledge of color management, print resolution requirements, and finishing processes (lamination, die-cutting, mounting, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
