  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide financial support to operational stakeholders in understanding their expenses, performance, and strategic plans
  • Maintain comprehensive financial performance reports and analyses to deliver insights and drive cost controls with key stakeholders
  • Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reviews to support decision-making
  • Offer financial guidance and advisory on policies, workflows, and best practices
  • Develop a strong understanding of cost structures, financial drivers, and subsidy frameworks to conduct in-depth analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, support pricing decisions, and benchmark performance
  • Contribute to process improvements and financial control enhancements
  • Support system implementation projects, including billing transformations, costing automation, and subsidy framework updates, along with change management initiatives
  • Perform other ad-hoc financial and operational support as required

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accountancy/ Finance from a recognised institutions
  • 1 - 2 years of similar experience, preferably within healthcare setting
  • Proficient with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience, and/ or Costing & Pricing knowledge will be advantageous
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong resilience and confidence in handling ambiguity and complex challenges
  • Familiar with SAP (FI-CO and ISH), MS Office applications, and data visualisation tools is a plus
