  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work schedule of subcontractors and site operations team.
  • Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit material and sample submissions.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide updates on project progress.
  • Offer technical solutions for any related issues.
  • Conduct inspections to guarantee adherence to contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management or its equivalent with 3 years of relevant working
  • Diploma holder in in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management or its equivalent with 7 years of relevant working Experience
  • Good communication and written skills.
