What you'll be doing

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives to enhance sustainability
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and operational strategies for service excellence

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hospital, preferably with healthcare operations and at least 1 - 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive operational improvements
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational best practices
