Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Manager to oversee tenant acquisition and leasing for our food court and coffee shop spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leasing commercial spaces, particularly in the food and beverage sector, and will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring the success of our retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Acquisition

Identify and attract potential tenants for available food court and coffee shop spaces through targeted marketing, networking, and outreach.

Lease Negotiation

Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates, lease duration, and other conditions to secure tenants that align with the property’s goals.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential tenants. Address tenant concerns and ensure a positive leasing experience.

Market Research

Stay updated on market trends and competitors to ensure competitive leasing terms and attract high-quality tenants.

Lease Administration

Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and amendments while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaboration

Work closely with property management teams to ensure proper maintenance and improvement of leased spaces.

Reporting

Provide regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market conditions to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant leasing experience, preferably in food courts, coffee shops, or retail properties.
  • A strong track record of successful tenant acquisition and lease negotiations.
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with office tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
