About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented social media & graphic designer to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing high-quality visuals and curating social media content that effectively promotes our brand and engage with our customers. Your work will help communicate the unique experiences and services we offer, creating a lasting impression for our guests. Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies for platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and YouTube, focusing on promoting our brand and hospitality offerings.
  • Create visually captivating graphics for social media, digital ads, brochures, newsletters and other marketing materials.
  • Design and produce engaging content including, motion graphics, and short-form videos to showcase our services, events and special offers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive branding, messaging and consistency across all channels.
  • Stay on top of the hospitality trends, social media best practices, and design innovations to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  • Manage and update the content calendar, ensuring that posts and campaigns are aligned with promotional calendars and seasonal events.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand identity while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in graphic design/visual communication, digital media or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with strong portfolio demonstrating creativity.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging visual content for social media platforms, such as Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and YouTube, with strong understanding of platform-specific formats and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in design, photography, photo and video editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar), and online design tools (e.g. Canva).
  • Strong knowledge of print design and production process for marketing materials.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles typography, and ability to create visually compelling content with a meticulous attention to details.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintain high creative standards and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written communication skills to support copywriting, captions and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of contents.
