- Plan and employ qualitative and quantitative methods for evidence-based diagnostics
- Provide professional advice and expertise to enhance individual, team, and unit psychological readiness
- Improve organisational effectiveness through psychological interventions
- Lead on best practices in job/appointment assessment
- Build expertise in psychological interviewing and individual profiling
- Plan, design, and implement pre, post, and during operations assessment systems
- Provide immediate crisis management for critical incidents
- Adapting psychological practices to the unique military environment
- Balancing individual psychological needs with organisational requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in curriculum development domain
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
