  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Role:

• Overall responsible for managing AWS cloud (70%) and On-prem (30%) infrastructure, to ensure high availability and performance.

• Overall responsible for supervising, directing, and coordinating all work-related to cloud operations and project.

• Be a Single Point of Contact for client on operation matters.

• Participate in the regular meeting with customer to update operation status.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and client IT teams, as needed.

• Monitoring for security threats and responding to security incidents.

• Monitoring cloud and on-prem resource availability, performance, and troubleshooting of issues when required.

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues that impact cloud/on-prem services, including cloud-native network services and cloud-native security services.

• Work closely with cloud engineers, system engineers, database engineers and client IT staff to monitor and troubleshoot systems.

• Automating operation tasks to improve productivity through using tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks.

• Collaborate with developers and other teams to maintain the cloud services that meet client operation requirements.

• Perform provisioning and configuring of cloud and on-prem resources such as creating and managing virtual machines, storage, and networking resources.

• Deploy, manage, and monitor middleware and applications deployment: This includes deploying of OS patches, applications deployment, and their updates to the cloud.

• Continuous monitoring and performance of resource scaling, when demanded.

• Deploy automation to monitoring and scaling cloud resources.

• Securing the cloud environment through adherence to security policies and procedures.

• Perform troubleshooting and resolving cloud and on-prem issues.

• Supporting cloud users. This includes providing support to users of the cloud environment and applications.

The Requirements:

• At least 5 to 8 years working experience in IT field and 2 to 4 years working experience in AWS environment.

• Required Skills for OS, Backup and Applications: Windows Servers 2019, RedHat Linux 8/9, Active Directory, LDAP, OWFT, IIS, SLIF, CrushFTP.

• Required Skills for On-prem: VMWare, ESXi, vCenter, Veritas NetBackup.

• Required Skills for GCC AWS Cloud: Trend Micro Cloud One, DSM, Vision One, All the AWS Native Services, IaC knowledge or experience.

• Required Certificates: AWS Certified Professional Certificate.
