  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job scope:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair barcode printer hardware issues.
Identify software problems and provide effective solutions.
Install, configure, and support hardware and software.
Assist customers with technical issues and provide training.
Offer internal support and demonstrate basic sales skills for products.

Requirements:

Full trainings will be provided
Fresh graduates seeking a new career are welcome!
1 to 2 years experience in technical support function is preferred
ITE or equivalent
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
