  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What The Role Is

You oversee all logistics and financial procedures in the Open-Source Intelligence Exploitation Group (OSIX), including in-house audits, project management, logistics coordination, and accounting for physical inventory.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Oversee coordination for all logistics requirements
  • Develop and implement procedures in accordance with financial policies and guidelines
  • Account for logistics matters and projects with physical inventory
  • Conduct inventory audits and checks
  • Ensure proper governance of all finance transactions
  • Educate and enforce proper financial processes and standards for units
  • Oversee all financial matters of projects, including yearly auditing


Challenge(s)

  • Developing a deep understanding of MINDEF/SAF's financial policies and guidelines
  • Offering correct and accurate recommendations
  • Strengthening accounting and financial governance of procedures and processes


What We Are Looking For
  • Education in Business, Finance, Logistics or Facility Management is preferred
  • At least 6 years of experience in a Finance or Logistics Management related field
  • Good command of written and verbal skills
  • Knowledge in Logistics, Finance, and Building and Infra System and Processes is beneficial
  • Strong leadership traits
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Good planning abilities
  • Excellent public relations and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and manage key stakeholders
  • Capacity to handle multiple stakeholder demands simultaneously
