  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Company Transport at: Choa Chu Kang, Boon Lay, Bukit Batok
  • Normal Working Hours: 8:15am to 5:45pm (Mon – Fri)
  • Production and/or Manufacturing experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing the operations of Production.
  • Monitor the delivery schedule of purchased materials for assembly and shop-floor production status.
  • Follow-up and expedite urgent deliveries.
  • Raise requisition for factory consumable items as well as parts for replacement and maintenance.
  • Liaise with Sales Department, Design Department and Production Work Sections’ personnel with regards to issuance of drawings, packing and delivery requirements.
  • Update work schedules of production shop-floor.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly work reports for process meetings.
  • Maintain and handle ISO related matters & documents of Production Department.
  • Maintain and handle Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) related matters and documents of Production Department.
  • Assist Production Manager / Asst. Production Manager in the proper maintenance / service / improvement work on production equipment.
  • Follow the procedures of Quality Management System for effective implementation and control.
  • Carry out other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superiors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma with at least 1 – 2 years’ related experience in monitoring production schedules and other production administrative works
