  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Warehouse Operation Coordinator

Salary : $2100 - $2500 (depand experience)

Location: Pioneer

Working Hours:

Shift 1: 08:30am - 17:30pm (Mon to Fri)

Shift 2: 10:30am - 20:30pm (Mon to Fri)

Alt Sat: 08:30am - 12:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Key in warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Managment System/Inventory system accurately and timely. Keep the WMS system up to date on a daily basis
  • Respond and follow up on enquiries by customers.
  • Coordinate with all customers on the inbound shipments, ensuring all schedules are met.
  • Perform and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count.
  • Have proper filling of warehouse documentations, as well as handling equipment servicing records etc.
  • Perform daily pick,pack and transportation arrangements.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Required to work on rotating shift
  • At least O levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel. and Word and experience in WMS (Preferred)
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment
