Territory Sales Engineer (Dealer/ Distributor management, Regional role)
Dealer/ Distributor Development
• Responsible for planning, managing, controlling, and supporting the business of specific dealers to achieve established targets, including: i) executing yearly business plans for both machine and parts purchases, and ii) driving long-term distribution and market development.
• Tracking of allocated dealer business plan completion (monthly orders, dealer co-op, dealer sales action plan/activities, stock reports)
• Improve dealer representation (coverage, promotion, investment) of brand
Requirements
• Diploma or above in Business Management or Engineering filed
• 2 years of working experience in selling small to medium machine or forklift; OJT provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams across different nationalities.
• Open to international travel (up to 30%)
