Assistant Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assistant to Senior Project Manager
- Responsible for the successful & effective project management, implementation and handover within specified schedule, budget and meeting client’s quality, relevant regulatory and safety requirements.
- Responsible for inspection to the site for quality control purposes, monitoring of project schedule, project budget controls, tracking of expenditure and critical scrutiny of contract documents and drawings.
- Prepare monthly reports to report to higher management and clients
- Prepare and attend site meetings and distribute meeting minutes
- Follow up with all site and management issues and documentation
- Facilitate smooth communication and liasion for project execution.
Requirements:
- Maintain good customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding and effective implementation of project contractual matters.
- Good technical knowledge in construction and management system
- Active team player
- Communicate effectively & negotiate with consultants, clients, contractors on engineering and contractual matters.
- Able to take on several challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines/vision.
